High-Volume Implant and Instrumentation Manufacturing

PPM manufactures from three locations in the United States and is deeply committed to its people, quality, expanding automation technology and the global OEMs we serve. By maintaining a manufacturing operation designed for speed, accuracy, and quality, we’re able to meet regulatory requirements and the speed-to-market needs of our OEM customers. The integration of LEAN and 5S manufacturing principles is key because it allows us to streamline every aspect of our operation. Our team of engineers, each with hands-on machining experience, adds great value to services we offer. Strong customer relationships allow us to function as a natural extension of our OEM partners’ business. It’s how we deliver uniquely effective, repeatable solutions that really work.

When case and tray artistry meets engineering innovation, great things happen. Passion and creativity drive the high-impact designs we develop. Building true partnerships with our OEMs allows us to uncover the best solution for a project based on specific needs and requirements.

Customized Delivery Systems + Digital Contact Graphics Technology

Our case and tray engineers are packaging experts who focus on design ideas that deliver form, fit, and function with style. They have the creativity and engineering know-how to package implants and instruments in a way that meets customers’ space, weight, cost, and regulatory requirements. Using the latest manufacturing equipment and our high-impact DCG™ technology, we’re able to deliver products that work well in the operating room and truly stand out.

DCGâ„¢ delivers remarkably vibrant graphic images that can be applied anywhere, even on rounded corners. With impressive field performance, and high-contrast ratio (legibility), and a more resilient finish (durability), DCGâ„¢ is the perfect solution for UDI application. As a fully produced in-house service, DCG is also very cost-effective.

Our mission is to ensure the highest quality products, with ease of use and exceptional design at competitive prices. The Medicraft difference comes from integrating talent and technology with the kind of close working relationships that bring long-term success.

Phillips Precision Medicraft meets the demanding quality standards, expectations, and requirements of the global orthopedic medical devices market. The reliability and success of our Quality Management System are driven by our talented staff and maintained by the most advanced technology and software systems available.
